Magical Herbalism: Herbs for Dreaming and Visioning!

Winter is a time to turn inward, to dream, to vision, to set our intentions so they can be nourished all winter long and come into being in the spring. Plants can assist us in these inner journeys, deepening the dream state, encouraging lucid dreaming, astral travel, and opening doors to our inner knowing, guiding us as we travel between states of consciousness. In this workshop we will learn how herbs can be our allies in dream work, visioning, oracle and tarot reading, and exploring inner space. We will begin the workshop by experiencing a journey with sacred vibrational plant medicines, then we will delve into the magic of Mugwort, California Poppy, Skullcap, Lavender, Ghost Pipe and Lemon Balm. The use of teas, incense, balms, anointing oils, and vibrational remedies will be discussed. Let's get still, sink down into our roots, and explore the magical side of plant medicine!
